Standard mail deliveries by Australia Post will be made direct to your mailbox. If the item is too large, Australia Post may use My Parcel Locker.
Sometimes however, AustPost may card your parcel and pickup is usually at the Moone Ponds Post Shop.

Large Items
It can be difficult to organise large deliveries to apartments. Such as sofas, a new fridge or bed.
All deliveries must be booked via BuildingLink, we ask that deliveries are organised between the move times and one business day notice is given to Building Management. If there is a move booked in at that time—the delivery will need to wait until the lift is available.
Take Away Food Delivers
Food deliveries drivers from the likes of Uber, Deliveroo or DoorDash are guests of you, any loss or damages caused are the responsibility of the lot owner.
Meal Box Delivers
Food deliveries from meal box providers should be directed to use My Parcel Locker - please ensure your delivery informaiton mentions My Parcel Locker.
If a meal delivery service leaves your box unattended at the front door, any loss caused is responsibility of the lot owner.

Note: While you can choose your own electricity supplier, please note that the building is using an embedded network, as such there will be a significant setup involved if you dont choose Origin. Also you will then recieve 2 bills, one for usage and another for supply charges.
Apartments do not have individual gas connections.
All apartments have been fitted with a split system reverse air conditioner.
Cooking: Induction cooktop hob (electricity)
All Freeview Digital TV Channels are rebroadcast throughout the complex.
Each Mason Sq apartment has Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) connection. The network and the wholesale provider is OptiComm, an NBN equivalent. Only Internet Providers who sign up to OptiComm can connect your internet. Most major internet providers like Telstra or Optus do not currently offer fixed-line services to our building. ADSL2+ is not available in Mason Sq.

4G/5G Mobile Internet: You can obtain Mobile Internet as an alternative to the above Fixed Line fiber connection. Please note mobile reception has been known to be limited in certain areas, please check coverage before signing to contract.
