Living in a communal residential setting is a rewarding experience that is quite different to other domestic environments. We have all chosen to live in this community of around 1200 Lots, that's approx. 2000 people because of its many benefits. However, it’s a shared space, and while the vast majority of residents respect each other’s comfort, it’s necessary to remember there are some Rules to protect us all.
Please ensure you have a copy of the Owners Corporation Rules which can be downloaded from the OC section of the website.
Community communications are provided in two formats.
Committee Updates: There are a total of 9 OC's within Mason Sq and each with its own elected committee. They will determine how updates are distributed ad-hoc, however, the Chairperson will issue a yearly report at each AGM.
Resident Services Manager Updates: The Resident Services Manager (Building Manager) will issue updates via email from time to time and previous updates can be found in the Library section of the Resident Hub.
For persons living in our community, it is expected that all residents will act in the best interests of fellow residents and the property. This means the behaviour of residents and guests should not adversely impact on the living environment of other community members.
Residents will share common areas such as car parks, lifts, the pool and entrance or exit points. By far the most common issues to be considered by all residents are noise and potential disruptive activities in and around the property.
The establishment and maintenance of your community requires tolerance and respect for others hence the importance of understanding Rules of the Owners Corporation.
These Rules ensure your community consistently understand their rights and obligations. A summary and complete copy of the Rules are contained within the Resident Hub.
