If you need urgent assistance, please always call triple-zero (000).

If there is an emergency in your building, residents will be notified through the

emergency speaker in your apartment. The evacuation tone is ‘whoop’, followed

by the words ‘evacuate now.’ If residents do evacuate, please use the stairs and

proceed to a safe space outside. This space can vary depending on your building, so please check the signage next to the fire exit on your floor.

Note: Lifts are strictly only to be used by the fire brigade.

All residents can request a replacement/additional key or FOB at a cost.

Residents can access the ‘Key FOB order form’ on Building Link. This form is available under ‘Building library’ and then under ‘Application form and amenities’.

To maintain security across Mason Square, please immediately report lost or stolen keys or FOBs to the BM. They can deactivate these when reported.

Residents can access the Building Rules for each OC title their lot is are part of,

through Building Link. This is available under ‘Building library’ and then under

‘Owners Corporation Rules’.
