Female, Male and Disability showers/toilets are provided. Bike rack storage areas are located throughout the carpark.
Mason Sq also offers a secure bike parking area on Basement 2 near Focus or Basement 3 near Rise.
Per OC rules, please note the following.
Small deliveries are to be between 5:30am - 6:00pm weekdays and 6:30am - 6:00pm on weekends.
Large deliveries are to be between 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Sunday.
All tenancies have allocated parking as per land titles. Please speak to your agent or Building Manager for location.
The OC has pre-approved signage for these allocated spaced to assist tenancies mitigate improper parking by others.
Unfortunately, there is no additional staff or customer parking onsite.

All waste to be stored within tenancy unless otherwise taken to the Retail Waste Room located in Hall St building, access from Brinnand Lane for Retail tenancies of Aspen St, Hall St & Homer St.
Ensure appropriate watertight receptacle is used for transport all waste from tenancy to carpark bin storage area.
All tenancy cleaning to be contained within tenancy, including washing of bins, excluding carspaces.
Access: To access the Retail Bin Room you will need an access PIN code. If your unaware or new to Mason Sq, simply reach out to the Building Manager. Please ensure door is closed upon staff leaving for safety and security.
Prior to starting building works or fit-out, please ensure Building Management are aware. Any works carried out in communal areas, such as the carpark, must include scope, insurance documentation & SMWS, including plans, drawings, certifications, & manuals.
All core holes must be advised prior to works and firestopping must be completed by the tenant. All building materials must be removed from the site by the tenant and must not be disposed of in any waste area onsite.
At completion of works, you must obtain sign off from Building Management to confirm completion of works to acceptable standards and any repairs or cleaning required to Common Areas.
All service providers (trades) working onsite either for Building Management or tenants must sign in and out at the Hall St West Office, Ground Floor, 40 Hall St. This is to occur on a daily basis.
By signing in, you are acknowledging that you understand the Mason Sq OC Rules and will abide by it at all times. If you are found working on site without having signed in, you will be asked to do so immediately. When you have finished work for the day you must return to sign out.
Tenants and service providers are responsible for the security, handling and storage of all of their materials on site. All materials, rubbish etc. must be contained within the tenancy premises. No material or rubbish is to be stored or placed outside the lease line or in the common areas.
Service providers must keep the common areas clean to Building Management standards at all times and must clean up any dust or mess created by their work.
No work is permitted on “live” electrical installations except to commission or test and then only after a written Safe Work Method Statement has been completed and provided to Building Management by the licensed electrician who will carry out the work.
ELECTRICAL ISOLATION AND EQUIPMENT
A qualified person must carry out isolation of electrical supply on the switchboards, after approval from Building Management. Works to tenant distribution boards are also to be carried out by a qualified person. Main switches, circuit breakers or fuses must be tagged, with an approved tag stating reasons for isolation and signed by the authorised person. All equipment must be fully tested prior to the tag being removed and the circuit energised. Only the person who tagged the equipment may authorise the removal of the tag and energising of the system. Only appropriately qualified technicians can carry out the operation of circuit breakers or switches within the electrical risers or the tenancy electrical distribution system.
Bike rack storage areas are located throughout the carpark.
Mason Sq also offers a secure bike parking area on Basement 2 near Focus or Basement 3 near Rise. Access to the secure bicycle storage area is restricted and all requests for access to this area must be requested via Building Management. Racks are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
Security CCTV is installed immediately outside the secure bicycle storage area. Access to the facilities and bicycle storage is via your building access card. To preserve and protect these facilities we ask that users do not allow any persons to tail gate or be provided access without valid authorisation.
Building Management will not accept mail or deliveries on behalf of any tenant nor will Building Management hold goods for collection by couriers or others. Mason Sq has on-site mailboxes for the tenant’s use.
All telecommunications vendors are required to receive prior approval from building management to access comms rooms, risers, and cable trays. The building is pre-wired using Opticomm fibre network, its recommended to use their existing infrastrucutre.
