Mason Sq has a variety of parking options for our residents, retail tenants, Sebel hotel, commercial office floors, and visitors. Any questions should always be directed to the Parking Precinct Manager.

Please note: Our car park has a strict height restriction of 2.1m.
Public Parking
There is no public parking available at Mason Sq at this time. However, the area offers many parking options nearby including free parking by MVCC, both on and off-street and paid timed parking by Moonee Ponds Central shopping centre.

Parking for Guest Visitors have specific designated bays in some areas of B1, near Hall St East and Focus lift lobbies and B2 near Rise lobby.
The Owners Corporation adopted the following additional rules of use;
Access for Guests
Guests must contact Resident who will provide access via their issued Fob. Guests may leave on their own via Homer St ramp only. Due to security zones, Aspen St & Hall St West building lobby is not accessible directly from these visitor spaces, inter-gate pedestrian access will require resident fob.
Visitor Parking Locations
Basement 2 – Rise – 11 spaces
Basement 1 – Focus – 17 spaces
Basement 1 – Hall St – 46 spaces
(5 car space/alcoves that are used as parking spaces in B1 adjacent to the Workshop room are reserved for staff and contractor parking)
Compliance: The Owners Corporation authorises the Precinct Manager & OC Manager to use their discretion in enforcing this policy. Owners Corporation reserve the right to tow vehicles that abuse the rules.

Most Residential, Commercial and Retail Lots have their own designated bays, these are clearly marked with your Lot number.
Some retail tenants have parking designated as part of their tenancy, these bays are marked with the shop number and the letter R, (eg H1R, Hall St Retail 1). These bays are owners too, please ensure you only park in bays designated for your use.
Please only park in your own bays to avoid inconveniencing neighbours and avoid towing.

The Sebel Hotel
The SEBEL has designated marked bays for their guests. Please make arrangements with hotel reception if you are a guest staying at Sebel. Spaces are limited and bookings are essential. These spaces are located on B2 near the Sebel Lift Lobby.
The bays are clearly marked with the word SEBEL.
Commercial Tenancies
There are several car spaces designated for Commercial Office spaces, these are located on B2 or B3 and below.
These are clearly marked with Lot number - eg: S13, S14 etc.
Staff & Contractor Parking
There are limited parking bays designated for the retail staff of Mason Sq - please ensure these bays remain available for staff working onsite as directed by Building Management.
